LLF’s Adrian Nadeau participated in a Legal Panel discussion on “Protecting Your Profession:  Design Professional Law and Updates”, along with Justin Sanders of Alexander & Sanders, a division of Cadence Insurance, and Mary Anne Wolf of Keogh Cox Law Firm at the 2023 AIA Louisiana Conference on Architecture in New Orleans. This panel covered various case studies and examples from actual legal cases to discuss mistakes in design and construction, how those may have happened, related design issues, construction mishaps, and tips for how to avoid or manage these situations.
