LLF is delighted to announce that Dale Clary presented "Recent Developments in Architecture and Engineering Law" alongside Mary Anne Wolf of Keogh Cox at the Baton Rouge Bar Association Construction Law Section CLE on October 5th. They reviewed recent legislation, recent jurisprudence, and "what's going on in the field," which includes challenges seen for design professionals on the job that may not have reached litigation.
